Intro

Outdoor fireplace
Granite Rock
The base/foundation is ~100" wide x 14" high topped with stone caps for sitting.
The hearth is 67" wide x 40" high x 33" rearward.
The opening is 36" wide, 30" high.
The chimney vertical is 65" high.
The inside parts will be Rumford (throat, smoke chamber, flue) from Morgan's.
We will source materials from PBM (Aptos Sandstone veneers, others).
It will be a wood burning fireplace, but I also want to run a gas pipe into it.
The gas line is already in place.
It will be a true masonry fireplace, not sheetrock over frame. I want the thermal mass of masonry.
